Locate and right-click the desired folder, then select Send to Desktop (create shortcut). To open multiple file explorer windows using the mouse, simply hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the File Explorer icon appearing.Also note that copying a shortcut onto a flash drive will not work if you want to bring a file with you, you'll need to navigate to the actual location of the file and copy it to the flash drive. If you delete a shortcut, it will not delete the actual folder or the files it contains.
